Engineering Project Coordinator

Sonas Technical is currently seeking a Engineering Project Coordinator to join our client, a leading EPCM firm. This role will be based in our clients Maynooth. Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and precise work methods.
• Capability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in accurately recording meeting minutes and actions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Related degree or equivalent experience would be beneficial.
• Previous administration experience in a similar role.
• Certificate in Secretarial/Office administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to the team.
• Attend daily team meetings and create/update PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Record meeting minutes accurately and distribute them promptly.
• Proficiently manage the company’s Document Management System (SharePoint).
• Work with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents as required.
• Compile and distribute regular reports.
• Assist team members in using Microsoft Office packages.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other project-related disciplines.
• Manage team members’ schedules and organize internal/external meetings.
• Welcome and register visitors, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
• Collaborate with other Administrators and Team Assistants during the project.
• Perform general administrative tasks supporting the broader Project Teams.
