We’re recruiting a Mechanical Site Supervisor with expertise in Mechanical installations, including Piping, Welding, Plumbing & HVAC for our client, a leading mechanical contractor who operate in multiple sectors including pharmaceutical, commercial and residential industries. You will be working on a major commercial project in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects with direct engagement with the Main Contractor’s Site Foreman and the Design Team.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Exhibit astuteness in making critical decisions on-site and effectively managing a team of 8-10 employees.
  • Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to timelines, preventing costs from exceeding the construction budget.
  • Oversee works to guarantee they meet high-quality standards.

Key Requirements:

Sonas Technical | Search & Contract Services

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in a management/supervisory position or equivalent site experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of current regulations, including health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Full clean driving licence and the legal right to work in Ireland.
