Sonas Technical are looking to recruit an Order Administrator/ Customer Service representative (French speaking) who will specialize in the order management process and SAV.
Working directly with the customer, factory, as well as different Service Technicians. This requires collecting necessary information, order placement, order tracking, scheduling, and installation appointment scheduling.
In addition, analyzing each order to ensure that the best processes, are in place to meet on– time delivery, customer expectation, and warehouse deliveries.
This role will develop and will have responsibilities within Customer Services also.
• Admin tasks answer emails phone follow–ups etc.
• Maintain process standards including accuracy and flexibility in an ever– changing environment to provide the highest service level.
• Utilizing customer management software to record all intervention requests and technical follow–up, manage scheduling tasks and resolve customer problems.
• Coordinate installations between customers and organization actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of our customer experience
• (TBC) Phone to be held, 24/5. (Not at weekends)
• One year plus, work–related experience in the customer service industry would be an advantage
• Strong organization skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Excellent communication skills in French and English including the ability to clearly, concisely, communicate both written and verbally, as well as listen and interpret customer needs
• Ability to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency
• Self–motivated and goal–oriented team player with strong reporting
• Excellent problem–solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft pack office access and excel detailed orientations
• Flexibility to answer on the phone in early mornings when delivery or late evening if required.
• Potentially this role will be on French time, ie start time is 7:30am
