Production Lead – Manufacturing

Sonas Technical are currently seeking an experienced Production Lead to join a leading Irish, manufacturing company based in North Dublin. Our client provides market leading commercial refrigeration in Ireland, Europe, and the US.

Purpose of Role: lead the production activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall plan published by supply chain.

General Role Functions

· Strong and proven leadership, (ideally IR background.)

· Has proven record in people management,

· Proven background in LEAN

· Able to motivate, lead, bring people along

· Someone who wants to progress in their career

· Drive process improvement and efficiency

· Safety, housekeeping, training, SOPs.

Skills Required

· Excellent organisational skills with a sound logical approach,

· Ability to work to challenging targets and deadlines with a passion for success with the ability to be agile.

· Ability to motivate and manage large teams and capable of working on own initiative

· Computer skills and Excel knowledge

· Six / Sigma LEAN approach and techniques
