Key responsibilities:

  • Designing and controlling the project schedule
  • Preparing presentations and reports for the Project Board
  • Monitor project progress and deal with any issues that arise, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Planning and assistance with communication site selection and local authority planning application submissions
  • Planning management and delivery of site utility requirements
  • Planning and management of street works with the Department for Transport and Local Authorities via the Street Manager Portal
  • Undertake site surveys, survey packs for installations
  • Management of spectrum applications and ofcom, open reach orders, survey, access location, dark fibre, ebd, eads
  • Co-ordinating meetings and overseeing other members of the project team
  • Working with team members in the field or onsite who have project issues
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities

Skills and experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Project co-ordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step by step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Experience or working knowledge of communications mast site selection and antennae installation practices (desirable)
  • NRSWA Supervisor (desirable)
  • DFT Street Manager Portal Applications (desirable)
  • PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
