Our client, a leading Modular Construction Company, are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Galway. Our client is a fast-growing company at the forefront of innovation in the off-site construction sector serving the education, healthcare, commercial, and pharma sectors.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in a Construction related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years Construction Management/Site Engineering experience in the built environment
• Modular/Offsite experience highly desirable but not required
• Technical competence with the ability to set and track project milestones and deliverables
• Excellent People Management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design, through procurement, to site and handover
• Oversee the quality, time and cost of projects
• Handle all H&S & admin documents on site
• Complete project specific programmes for client & design team
• Complete progress reports for client & design team
• Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Implementing same
• Mange sub–contractors, driving to completion of jobs
• Complete snag specific inspection reports ensuring builds are finished to the highest quality
• Provide the Contracts Manager with required support
