Our Client are seeking a BER Assessor to work on domestic projects providing guidance to clients on NZEB best practice. These residential properties will be undergoing energy upgrade works consisting of heating, windows and doors, and external insulation upgrades. Applicants must hold a relevant degree or construction related professional qualification. You will be based from the office in the Great Dublin Area with frequent travel to site.

Responsibilities
- Building surveys & preparation of domestic Building Energy Ratings (BER) and Building Regulations Part L Compliance assessments
- U-value calculation & condensation risk analysis
- Advising clients on building compliance particularly TGD Part L & F (NZEB)
- Heat pump technical and feasibility assessments
- NZEB and Part L compliance checks
- Airtightness design and testing
- Ventilation design and testing
- Home Energy Upgrade costing
Requirements
- Min level 7 degree in architecture, architectural technology, engineering, sustainable energy engineering, construction management, building surveying
- Registered with the SEAI as a BER Assessor or Technical Advisor
- Curious with a willingness to grow and learn
- Comfortable working with Microsoft office and project management software
- Comfortable working with DEAP, SketchUp, IES and CAD
