Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the preparation of identified expression of interests, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and proposals
• Administration and coordination of  PQQs and Tenders Submittals
• Review the documentation and accompanying materials to ensure all relevant details are provided
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to provide/request information where required
• Assist to the improvement of PQQ/tender processes and associated best practice
• Liaise with internal Pre-Construction team, reporting to head of Corporate Services throughout the process
• Maintain a pro-active approach to Bid/Tender initiatives and stakeholder management
• Other Ad-hoc requests as required

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role highly desirable but applicants from Document Control, and General/Financial Administration backgrounds welcomed.
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience, ideally with a Irish/UK Main Contractor
• Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong IT, Microsoft Office skills
