Sonas Technical are seeking a Regional Building Services Manager for a high profile client of ours. The successful candidate will be working on the construction of a manufacturing plant in Raheen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all drawings are provided by Contractor’s for approval and Construction to meet the programme requirements
• Support the tender and award of MEP packages in accordance with the required Project Pre Construction and procurement strategy, and objectives.
• Promote Management Systems and Procedures and provide Direction and technical expertise in order to ensure full delivery of projects.
•  Take responsibility for MEP Integration and Project delivery as part of the overall project team.
• Oversee MEP teams and ensure that Projects are managed in line with company policies
• Ensure contractors manage MEP Start Up and Control of Live Energies in accordance with rules & regulations

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Project Planning
• Excellent Leadership and Project Management skills
• BSE or Mechanical or Electrical qualification
