Our client is seeking a Civil Site Manager to join their team in Limerick. Our client is a leading global Provider of Specialist Design, Engineering and Construction Services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure correct resources in a timely manner to meet program demands oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance to deliver on time and budget
  • Review the work progress on daily basis
  • Keep accurate site records of all personal and equipment on site
  • Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Conduct regular safety and quality reports
  • Maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors and clients

Requirements

  • Background in civil ground works
  • Experience working on Substations
  • Work well independently and as part of a team within a busy construction environment
  • Be proactive and hardworking
  • Organised & possess the ability to multitask
  • Have excellent communication skills with high levels of attention to detail
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
