Civil Site Supervisor

As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be engaged in a project at Dublin Airport, with future opportunities to transition to different assignments upon project completion.

My Client are at the forefront of numerous exciting and innovative projects.  In a continuous growth phase, my client are seeking a seasoned Civil Site Supervisor with the chance for long-term career advancement across various locations.

Reporting directly to the Site Agent, the Civil Site Supervisor will assume responsibility for overseeing all general civil work activities at the project site. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with site personnel to ensure the highest quality project delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in managing people, skills, and project progress, overseeing activities from initial planning to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate sub-contractor performance.
• Monitor project progression in alignment with the agreed-upon schedule.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety personnel to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
• Provide clear guidance to both direct staff and subcontractors, fostering a motivated and positive workplace.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Civil Site Supervisor role on construction and civil projects.
• Fully qualified tradesperson in a construction trade (e.g., carpenter, bricklayer, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience working with Irish Health & Safety and building regulations and compliance.
• Enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
