Our client, a leading Offsite Construction company, are seeking to hire a Commercial Lead in Hull with flexibility to work remotely up to 3 days a week. An exciting opportunity for commercial construction professionals, or those coming from an Accounting & Finance role looking to progress their career with an industry-leading construction company.

Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare regular account development reviews to clients- Update revenue and costs on PMS
- Preparing and issuing project reports to management
- Preparation of interim applications for payments
- Issuing purchase orders
- Reconciliation of Final Accounts
- Working closely with Mangers, Clients and Suppliers to solve any problems which arise
- Manage contract variations
- Cash flow analysis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying/Estimating, Accounting or Commercial Finance role
- Strong IT competency – MS Office package specifically
- Ability to multitask, working on multiple live projects
- GCSE Level 4 “Standard Pass” in Maths and English
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts desirable
