A prominent Supermarket Retailer in Ireland is seeking to recruit a Property and Construction Coordinator for their Mullingar team.

Initially, this position is offered on a 12-month contract basis, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

The role entails a hybrid work arrangement, with up to three days per week spent in the office.

The Property and Construction Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering all matters in relation to the company’s property portfolio.”



  • Coordinate and oversee tasks concerning property and construction management
  • Support the Construction Manager in supervising the tendering and construction of new projects, including contract administration, appointment coordination, and overseeing cost and budget management for construction and capital ventures
  • Aid in matters related to rent reviews, lease breaks, and lease terminations
  • Handle service charge and commercial rates payments
  • Assist the Acquisitions Manager with generating reports and presentations regarding site acquisition
  • Support in overseeing the application and renewal processes for Wine/Beer/Spirit Off Licences
  • Provide assistance in planning permission and building regulation affairs
  • Facilitate property title registration and land registration processes
  • Monitor project budgets effectively
  • Process purchase orders and invoices promptly
  • Maintain and manage property filing systems efficiently

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office with a knack for swiftly grasping new systems
  • Capable of managing and administering extensive workloads efficiently and methodically to meet deadlines
  • Approachable and possesses excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team or work independently
  • A third level qualification is advantageous

Salary & Benefits:

  • €35,500 rising to €48,000 after 4 years
  • 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
