Construction Foreman – Finishing

Our client, a leading Main Contractor with operations throughout the South currently have a requirement for a Construction Foreman to join their team in Cork. You will be joining the team on an initial large scale educational project. This project requires someone with excellent high level of Finishing experience on commercial or Educational projects.

Responsibilities for Finishing Foreman:

• Managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Daily management & organisation of project resources
• Supervision of sub contractors
• Liaising with Project and Site Managers

Requirements for Finishing Foreman:

• A degree in a Construction/Engineering related subject is desirable
• 3-5+ years Finishing Foreman experience on a variety of commercial and residential projects
• Experienced in the management of sub-contractors from inception to completion
• Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and
  analysis tools.
• Previous Tier 1 Main Contractor experience is desirable
