Contracts Coordinator

A leading tier 1 Main Contractor are actively looking for a Contracts Coordinator for the delivery of a multi-site PPP project bundle. The successful candidate will be the Project Teams’ representative to the the PPP Co SPV, reporting on the overall PPP Bundle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships, with Clients, Consultants and any other relevant Stakeholders
• Contractor representative of 6 project delivery teams on the PPP bundle
• Ensure all information is communicated effectively and efficiently to ensure delivery within set timelines
• Periodically issue reports to the PPP JV Director
• Manage monthly commercial valuations of the project teams into one PPP Bundle commercial submission
• Attending meetings with project stakeholders
• Report on the risk profile of both the individual projects and the PPP bundle as a whole
• Early identification of programme risks and report issues
• Ensure all notices and relevant documentation is submitted in accordance with the contracts.
• Administration of the valuation process with the client
• Administration of change management with the client
• Administration of all claims to a successful resolution
• Mitigate all disputes and ensure to make the PPP Director aware early

Requirements

• Hold a relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related Project Management discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing large or multiple projects
• Strong knowledge and experience in project management, contract management, strategic planning, methodologies, and construction delivery best practices
• Proven ability to successfully implement and execute programs, drive performance, and mobilize and manage the supply chain
• Experience in a complex stakeholder environment
