Contracts Manager

Our client, a leading Fit-Out specialist is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Louth. The client in question is a up-and-coming, fast-growing SME, that’s on track to double in turnover i n 2024.  They have carved out a niche in the market in commercial fit-out, working with blue chip clients on high-end fitouts, fire proofing etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with opportunity to progress. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all contractual aspects of projects, from procurement to final delivery
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing
• Work closely with the project team to ensure that all project milestones are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contract files and change orders
• Provide regular reports on project status to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Fit-Out industry
• Strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
