Contracts Manager

Our Client are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join their team in Dublin. They are a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are a leading provider of engineering solutions in the Civils & Construction Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of projects, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. They work across a wide variety of projects which include Residential, Commercial , Pharma & Renewables.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all contractual aspects of projects, from procurement to final delivery
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing
• Work closely with the project team to ensure that all project milestones are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contract files and change orders
• Provide regular reports on project status to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry
• Strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
