Contracts Manager – Modular

Sonas Technical are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join an Irish-owned, modular company. Our client provides market leading electrical distribution systems. The successful candidate will play an integral part of their innovative approach to projects, which encompasses all aspects of modular M&E construction.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on, manage, and execute fast-track turnkey modular projects for clients across educational, healthcare, advanced facilities and commerical projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring full compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory guidance standards
• Collaborative engagement with stakeholders and partner organisations
• Manage workforce and labour
• Supervision of building engineering services contracts and service delivery
• Provide weekly reports for meetings with managers and stakeholders
• Manage project specific schedules
• Develop relationships with main contractors
• Onsite quality control
• Participate in project team meetings with clients
• Monitor project quality and progress through regular site visits
• Issue regular site reports and progress updates

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience working in an Electrical Project Engineering role
• Strong electrical background
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical services
• Experience in a client facing role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in leading and delivering multiple projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in modular construction industry is desirable
• Strong purchasing experience
• Experience in planning and managing budgets
