Contracts Manager

We are currently assisting our client, a main contractor, in their search for a Contracts Manager. Our client has over 40 years’ experience in the industry, with offices in Dublin, Longford and the UK. The work will be initially based on a residential project in North Dublin. Previous PM or Contracts Manager experience in the buildings sector would be very beneficial.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in managing simultaneous construction projects
• Previous residential experience is a distinct advantage
• Knowledgeable and confident in dealing with clients and other project teams
• Excellent programming and reporting skills
• Highly computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming & analysis tools
• Excellent management skills
• Strong communicator
• Understanding of legal documentation is desirable
• Excellent leadership skills
