Design Coordinator – Modular Construction

Out client, a leading manufacturer a hybrid modular building systems, are recruiting a Design Coordinator to be based in the Southeast. This is a permanent position with opportunity for both career developments and progression through the organisation.

Duties:

• Assisting with the technical aspects of tenders and live projects
• Providing design analysis
• Building relationships with clients, consultants and all relevant parties,
• Providing cost effective design solutions,
• Liaise with Site Managers/Estimators/Planners & other design personnel,
• Engage with the site engineers during the construction phase.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, architecture or similar,
• 4+ years experience in a similar role or site based management role,
• Technically astute
• Experience working on residential & commercial developments
• Excellent communication skills is a necessity
