Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage interim commercial meetings with the Client and Internal Project Team
• Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations and final accounts
• Ensure supplier agreement and sub-contractors are managed in accordance with company policies
• Preparation of interim applications for payments
• Measurement / Take off for Cost Estimates, BOQ production and Quant checks
• Compiling and sending out tender enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
• On-Site valuations and progress reports
• Monthly cost/value reports and management accounts
• Identify and investigate losses
• Timely drafting commercial/contractual correspondence
• Negotiating subcontract and suppliers’ prices and terms and final accounts
• Negotiate variations with client and subcontractors
• Close out projects and subcontracts to be best commercial advantage of the company
• Work with the Project teams to review the project plan, business plan and procurement plan
• Ensure all projects are driven to provide the best value solutions and delivered on time and within budgets
• Review the administration and all record keeping associated with each project
• Managing the Client and other external relationships
