Finishing Foreman

Our client, a Tier 1 Main contractor with operations throughout the Dublin region currently have a requirement for a Finishing Foreman to join their team in North Dublin on a permanent basis with a real opportunity for progression. You will be joining the team on a number of educational projects. This project requires someone with excellent fit-out experience on Educational, commercial or residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Daily management & organisation of project resources
• Supervision of sub contractors
• Liaising with Project Manager

Requirements:

• A degree in a Construction/Engineering related subject is desirable
• 3+ years site management experience on a variety of commercial and residential projects
• Experienced in the management of sub-contractors from inception to completion
• Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and
  analysis tools.
