Finishing Foreman

About the Role

Our client, an well established Main Contractor with Global operations, is looking for a Finishing Foreman to join them in Meath. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with the first being an educational project in Meath. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and those coming from a carpentry trade background will be highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Daily management & organisation of project resources
• Supervision of sub contractors
• Liaising with Project Manager

Requirements:

• Trade qualified carpenter or similar
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• The suitable candidate must have 5+ years experience on similar projects
• Able to form strong and productive relationships across at peer group level
• Experience in Word, Power Point and Excel skills
