Finishing Manager

Our client, a leading Off-Site Construction company with operations throughout the South-East, Dublin and the West currently have a requirement for a Finishing Manager to join their team in Wexford. You will be joining the team on an initial Educational project. This project requires someone with excellent Educational project experience.

Responsibilities for Finishing Manager:

• Managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Daily management & organization of project resources
• Supervision of sub contractors
• Liaising with Project and Site Managers

Requirements for Finishing Manager:

• A degree in a Construction/Engineering related subject is desirable
• 5+ years Finishing Manager experience on a variety of commercial and residential projects
• Experienced in the management of sub-contractors from inception to completion
• Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and
  analysis tools.
• Previous Tier 1 Main Contractor experience is desirable
