Finishing Project Manager

Our client, a Main Contractor in Ireland are hiring a Finishing Project Manager to join their team in North Dublin. The project is a high end small scale Residential development. They require someone with excellent fit-out and finishing experience on similar sized residential projects. This is a full-time, permanent position, will a full pipeline of work on similiar projects in North Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Daily management & organisation of project resources
• Supervision of sub contractors
• Liaising with Project Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in a Construction/Engineering related subject, or Trade Background
• 5+ years site management experience on residential projects
• Experienced in the management of sub-contractors from inception to completion
• Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and
  analysis tools.
