Fitout Site Manager

About the Role:

We’re working with a leading Main Contractor in their search for a Fitout Site Manager for Pharmaceutical Fit-out project in Kilkenny. You will be joining the team on a €100m+ pharma fit-out in Kilkenny. This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Organise and supervise staff and operatives, including sub contractors
• Monitor and review construction drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme
• Coordinate weekly internal term meetings and report to, and support, the Company Director
• Coordinate site meetings between design team and subcontractors.
• Oversee monthly reporting of project status, risk, budget and schedule guidance including reporting key performance indicators and presenting to senior management

Requirements:

• A degree in a Construction/Engineering related subject, or trade background with proven experience managing large Fit-out projects
• Excellent eye for detail and experience of turn-key projects
• Previous Site Manager on Fit-Out project
• Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and analysis tools
• Excellent people management skills; capable of maintaining a hard-working environment
• 5+ years’ Site Management experience
