Geospatial Surveyor

Our client are looking for an experienced Geospatial Surveyor to join their surveying team in Dublin. Our client carries out an expansive range of services within the Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) industry, throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Strong experience using various surveying equipment including robotic total station and 3D laser scanners
• Knowledge of scan post-processing software
• Strong experience with setting out/survey control
• Ability to interpret construction drawings
• Degree in in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or similar
• Experience working with Autocad and Civil 3D
• Valid Safe pass card and manual handling training
• Possess full, clean driving license (IRE/EU)
• Must have required visas to work in Ireland

Responsibilities

• Strong people management skills with the ability to develop within a team
• Manage surveying requirements on both large and small projects
• Provide technical support and assistance to BIM/VDC team
• Assisting Senior management with R&D into new innovative methods of surveying and setting out within the geospatial sector
• Willing to travel to site when required (Ireland, UK & Europe)
