Our client, a Cost Consultancy with projects nationwide in Australia, is currently on the lookout for a Graduate PQS to join their growing team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full time, permanent position, with a growing firm offering great scope for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & measuring works
• Cost monitoring
• Preparation of interim applications for payments
• Day to Day commercial management of sub contract packages
• Compiling and sending out tender enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
• Cost analysis of tender prices
• On-Site valuations and progress reports
• Monthly cost/value reports and management accounts

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Relevant post-grad experience is preferable
• Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
• Be commercially aware with good client facing skills
