We’re assisting a dynamic and growing company in their search for a HR Manager to join them in Meath. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join their growing business and lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations while also spearheading the development and growth of the HR function within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management, who can effectively balance operational responsibilities with long-term planning and implementation of HR initiatives.


  • Oversee all aspects of HR administration in conjunction with their HR Partner.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers in talent acquisition efforts, including conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and promote a positive work environment.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and HR service providers.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, developments, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar Senior position, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
