Our client are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Dublin. Our client provides innovative services in faciltiies management and project works across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and amend mechanical design drawings using CAD Software packages.
• Ensure all drawings and designs meet company standards.
• Support specific projects ensuring timescales and budget requirements are achieved.
• Produce mechanical designs from concept to production drawings in line with customer needs and business objectives.
• Design equipment and products for company clients.
• Liaising with clients and other functional workplace departments to ensure intent is met and drawing approval is achieved as efficiently as possible.
• Relay information about the status of the project with the senior design team and the project managers.
• Ensure all health and safety requirements are took into consideration throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Ability to use 3D CAD Software packages, such as Solidworks
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivelant required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well and contribute within a team.
• Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication skills.
• MS Office efficient.
• Excellent analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
• Be proactive and positive in work.
