M&E BIM Coordinator – Kilmainham

Our client is hiring a M&E BIM Coordinator to join their team in Dublin or Sligo – with hybrid options. They are one of Ireland, the UK and Europe’s most exciting digital engineering companies to emerge. The company carries out an expansive range of services within the Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) industry, throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.
The individual will be appointed to work in our BIM/VDC team and will have the opportunity to grow with the latest innovative technologies on the market.

Requirements:

• Experience with Revit and Navisworks

• Experience working with Mechanical & Electrical contractors within the Data centre,

Pharmaceutical or bio-medical sectors

• Experience working on M&E BIM Level 2 Projects

• Knowledge of ISO19650 and relevant BIM standards

• Experience creating 3D models from point clouds

• Degree in Architectural technology/BIM or similar construction/engineering qualification

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role

Desirable:

• Experience working with 4D software

• Experience working with 3D rendering software’s

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the support team on both large and small projects

• Creation of M&E 3D models in various industries

• Preparation of work drawings in Revit

• Provide technical support and assistance to project teams

• Assisting BIM/VDC Managers with R&D into new innovative digital technologies within the AECO sector

• Willing to travel to site meetings when required
