We’re working with a Construction Tech startup in their search for a Operations Manager to be based in New York. It’s a unique opportunity for young and ambitious construction professionals to join a growing company with operations in Europe, the US, and Ireland. The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time as they commence projects with a number of the top 10 contractors in North America. This is an immediate hire, only accepting applicants already authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Customer / Site setups, including hardware & software
• Logistics management / coordination. Includes site visits, setups, organising of equipment between sites
• Supply chain management – liaising with suppliers
• Customer Training & Management for multiple customer accounts and sites
• Develop & implement rollout plans for onboarding future resource in the operations department
• Liaising with internal teams to further improve the business; Development team, marketing team, etc.
• Full R&R matrix to be drawn up together during the first few months

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the US
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or related discipline
• Experience as a Site/Project/Section Engineer, Site/Construction/Project Manager
• Construction software knowledge/passion desirable
• CRM experience is great but not essential
