Our client, a frontrunner in temporary and permanent spatial solutions, is currently in search of a Project Manager to join their team in Meath. The client specializes in providing modular buildings for Pharma, Commercial, Educational, and Manufacturing purposes, in addition to offering temporary solutions for construction sites like Canteens, Dry rooms, Offices, and Security Huts. This rapidly growing company provides ample room for further career progression. The ideal candidate for this full-time, permanent position would be a Junior Project Manager or a Senior Engineer seeking the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Take accountability for the delivery of identified projects, emphasizing budget, schedule, and quality output.
- Drive the development of project design throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
- Directly manage stakeholders and ensure adherence to project timescales.
- Procure, manage, and oversee a diverse range of consultant expertise across various disciplines.
- Supervise project estimation, planning, statutory processes, and procurement management.
- Manage project control, including resourcing, service delivery, and approval of payment certificates.
- Oversee the creation and approval of project delivery plans, cash flow projections, and earned value analysis.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of construction service providers for capital projects, ensuring conformance and compliance.
- Take responsibility for supervising project close-out activities, including commissioning and handover to Operations.
- Contribute insights into the ongoing development of new templates, documents, systems, and processes for Project/programme management, incorporating lessons learned and enhancing efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Possess a relevant third-level qualification, preferably in Engineering or a related Project Management discipline.
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction preferably fit-out or modular.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in project management, contract management, strategic planning, methodologies, and best practices in construction delivery.
