Our client, a well established Civils & utilities company are seeking a Purchasing Administratorto join their team in Tallaght, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor who pride themselves on excellent quality and service. Applicants must be self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a small team. This is a Full-time, permanent contract. Hybrid avalable for the right candidate.



  • Adherence to established purchasing procedures.
  • Cultivation and maintenance of supplier and buyer relationships.
  • Coordination and management of the purchasing process.
  • Required Skills:
  • Continuously learn and suggest process improvements.
  • Keeping up to date on all emails and being able to be proactive and quick decision making
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and general HR queries
  • Assist with financial accounts


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Strong communication skills, with friendly and assertive approach.
  • Self-motivate, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Two + year’s administration/reception/PA experience
  • Previous Procurement experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator, Document Controller is desirable
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Great time management skills and able to work off own initiative
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with accounts is an advantage
