Quality Assurance Technician

They are seeking an ambitious Quality Assurance professional to join their award-winning team, delivering innovative, sustainable, projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Implement systems and procedures in relation to construction Quality
• Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of raw materials
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis in the event of Non Conformances
• Conduct Quality Audits and routine inspections, along with associated reporting
• Promoting compliance with, and strict adherence to, company quality policy and procedures
• Day-to-day monitoring of quality
• Ensure all QC checks have been completed in a timely manor
• Inspections of materials, liaising with procurement and site teams
• Assisting Line Manager with root cause analysis on non-confirming items
• Drive a right-first-time approach in line with industry best practices
• Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that they meeting quality standards
• Produce weekly / monthly Quality reports

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Discipline
• 2 years in a similar role in the Construction, Engineering, or Manufacturing sector
• Experience in management and implementation of quality processes
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at a high level of quality
• Must have an ability to work well within a deadline environment
• Motivated individual that likes to work in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills
