Quality Coordinator

We’re working with a well-established leader in the Irish construction sector in their search for a Quality Coordinator in Tallaght. The successful candidate will support to Project Teams in ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the implementation of project quality protocols and processes with our project teams.
• Conducting audits to verify project compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System.
• Encouraging a culture of ongoing enhancement within project teams.
• Assessing the effectiveness of on-site quality control and assurance procedures.
• Supervising issue and defect resolution.
• Analyzing patterns in project quality metrics.
• Managing and maintaining project quality documentation.
• Updating and disseminating weekly project quality reports.
• Delivering Quality Management System Training for project teams.
• Representing the company professionally in interactions with the public and stakeholders.
• Fulfilling other occasional duties as needed by the Company.

Requirements:

• Qualification in a technical field, such as Construction, Architectural Technology, Building Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge and experience in working with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015.
• A strong grasp of construction detailing, particularly in residential construction.
• Proficiency in the entire MS Office suite
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
