Quality Engineer

Our client, a leading provider of temporary and permanent spaces, is currently in search of a Quality Engineer to join their team in Meath. This client specializes in modular buildings for various sectors, including Pharma, Commercial, Educational, and Manufacturing. Additionally, they offer temporary solutions for construction sites, such as Canteens, Dry rooms, Offices, and Security Huts. This rapidly expanding company provides ample opportunities for career progression in this full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and inspections of construction activities, monitoring work in progress.
• Take the lead on QA/QC initiatives.
• Participate in on-site weekly meetings and ensure the implementation of the quality plan schedule.
• Customize QA/QC check sheets to align with individual projects and meet client specifications.
• Perform internal audits contributing to the monthly Quality KPIs.
• Provide training on the Quality system to project teams.
• Address and close-out project issues as they arise.
• Ensure that project personnel adhere to client specifications, drawings, and requirements for a successful project handover.

Key Requirements:

• Hold a third-level degree in Engineering with the required outlined experience.
• Possess 3-5 years of work experience in a Quality-related role within industrial work environments.
• Have relevant experience in implementing and managing digital CDE and process implementation.
• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of MS Office products.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Conduct exceptionally good organizational skills.
• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work well as a team player, interacting with colleagues at all levels.
• Excel in time management, meeting tight deadlines.
• Bring previous QA/QC engineering experience to the role.
