We are currently seeking an experienced Rehab Agent to join our client in Dublin. The client in question are a leading Civils & Utilities Contractor with operations across the region. They are currently seeking a Rehab Agent to join their team in Dublin for Water/Wastewater projects. They have a strong pipeline of projects worth over €100m for the next 5+ years.


  • Managing various projects in both urban and rural settings.
  • Coordinating with clients and their representatives to ensure project success and foster strong relationships.
  • Thoroughly reviewing detailed drawings and making design adjustments based on feedback.
  • Fostering a leadership-oriented environment within the project site team.
  • Collaborating with Contracts Manager and Site Agents to oversee work and address resource requirements.
  • Meeting customer expectations, building trust, and continuously improving project processes.
  • Applying innovative technology for new services and efficient delivery processes.
  • Mentoring designers and identifying training needs for the junior site team.
  • Monitoring site work progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Planning and supervising material delivery while managing discrepancies.
  • Ensuring all work adheres to client requirements, safety legislation, and other legal standards.
  • Overseeing traffic management, health and safety, and conducting safety checks on-site.
  • Coordinating with Local Authorities for footway condition inspections before and after installation works.
  • Collaborating with the workflow department to program and schedule work.
  • Providing clients with status reports and serving as the primary contact for the public and sub-contractors.
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and addressing concerns about completed work.
  • Working with clients to optimize the value of their infrastructure.
  • Implementing quality control measures for project works.


  • Full clean driver’s license essential.
  • A qualification in engineering or equivalent is desirable.
  • Civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity) experience.
  • Previous experience and the ability to read designs.
  • Commercially aware of projects costs.
  • Experience with site activities and multiple teams.
  • Good knowledge of ground support systems.
  • Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
