Resident Engineer

Our client, is currently on the lookout for a Resident Engineer in the South East. The company in question are a well established Engineering Consultancy that operate as a multidisciplinary Engineering practice across the private and public sectors in Ireland.  This is a great opportunity to work on site & off site within the South East of Ireland. The successful candidate will work on water and wastewater projects. This is a full time, permanent position, with great scope for career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality engineering design for a broad range of projects in the water and wastewater sectors
• Programming of all work deliverables
• Communication with client daily
• Undertaking site surveys in the South East region on a regular basis (2/3 days per week)
• Management of sub-consultants.
• Carry out work in accordance with company ISO 9001 procedures
• Assist in the preparation of planning, tender and construction documents
• Programming of all work deliverables

Requirements

• Relevant Engineering Degree
• Design Experience on water and wastewater projects
• 4+ years experience
• You must be energetic, enthusiastic and take pride in your work
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience would be desirable
• Chartered Member of Engineers Ireland
