Senior Building Services Engineer

Our client, a prestigious Main Contractor is currently seeking a Senior Building Services Manager for an upcoming project located in Limerick. They currently operate across various sectors including large-scale Commercial and Residential , Life Science/Pharma , Mission Critical.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and coordinate all stages of the Mechanical Services project delivery process, spanning from Pre-Construction & Planning to Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
2. Manage the timely provision of design team information and details to support project delivery activities.
3. Ensure the successful execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) deliverables on the project.
4. Guarantee that all MEP-related work is carried out with the utmost priority on safety.
5. Inspect all installation work to ensure it aligns with the approved quality plan.
6. Continuously monitor project schedules and assess the progress of MEP services installation.
7. Collaborate effectively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the broader project team.

The Ideal Candidate

1. Relevant 3rd level qualification
2. 10+years experience preferably with a primary contractor.
3. Prior experience in Mission Critical, Pharma, Data Centers, and Hi-Tech projects advantageous
4. Hold Chartered status or be actively working towards it.
5. Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in IT-related tasks.
