Senior Project Manager

• Supervise, control and resource projects to ensure successful execution of programme
• Establish the PEP, as well as on-going revisions to meet project objectives
• Oversee Consultant procurement and deployment within a public and private sector framework
• Coordinate the Development Budgets, with inputs from the Project Team, for Client approval
• Act as Employer’s Agent for administration of consultants and appointments
• Develop and facilitate effective communication between teams
• Protect the Client’s interests, under various procurement and contracting strategies
• Take appropriate measures via VM/VE during the various stages of the project cycle

Education & Skills Required
• Degree or Higher in Project Management / Construction Management / Civil or Structural Engineering/Quantity Surveying/ Architecture
• Member of Association of Project Management or Similar
• Excellent Time Management & Organisational Skills
• Competent and Consistent Planner (MSProject and/or PowerProject)
• Establishment and Management of Budgets
• Effective Risk Management

Essential Experience
• 7 -10 Years Post Qualification Experience
• Project & procurement Management
• Public Procurement – beneficial
• Public Works Contracts
• Construction & Design Methodologies/Processes
