Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers on allocated projects
• Represent projects in monthly commercial reviews with clients
• Foster and maintain good working relationships with all clients
• Ensure all commercial obligations under the contract agreements are administered
• Assist in the cost build up and forecasting for projects
• Reviewing tender enquiries and tender analysis for projects
• Prepare subcontractor payment certificates on a monthly basis
• Purchasing and management of sub-contractor packages
• Sub-contractor re-measurement, interim and final account payments
• Reporting to Commercial and Managing Director
• Processing fortnightly / monthly sub-contractor payment certificates
• Issuing interim payment applications
• Valuations, Variations, Final Accounts  and cost reporting
• Cashflow forecasting

Requirements

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related degree
• 5 years experience with proven track record in dealing with Subcontractors and Clients
• Proven track record on Public Works projects
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent communication skills
