We’re working with a leading building contractor in their search for an experienced Site Engineer in Monaghan.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete responsibility for setting out
  • Overseeing, supervising, coordinating, and executing engineering tasks
  • Assist the Site Manager with daily onsite operations
  • Oversee the process of submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs), from their development to approval by the design team
  • Manage the effective control and flow of all technical information required on the project
  • Submit requests for materials and equipment to our procurement department
  • Supervise and maintain quality/work standards onsite
  • Maintain the site diary / daily log activities

Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold a Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum four or more years of experience as a Site engineer, ideally with a leading Irish contracting company
  • Significant experience in Setting Out/Levels
  • Experience in services is an advantage
  • Experience in precast concrete framing and steel roof framing
  • Experience in commercial and industrial construction
