Site Manager

Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join their team in Clonmel. Our client is a global leader in workplace strategy, design, project management, and construction.

Due to continued expansion, they require a Site Manager to join their team for a commercial fitout project.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues of constructability during preconstruction
• Ensure on-time schedule delivery and exceed client satisfaction throughout the project
• Manage day-to-day operations in the field to ensure construction progress and quality delivery.
• Work closely with Project Manager(s) to maintain and update project schedules as needed
• Serve as an exceptional relationship manager for all sub-contractors, ensuring a fair, safe and clean working environment
• Oversee snagging list to drive completion in a timely manner

Requirements

• 5 + years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience overseeing and leading diverse teams of sub-contractors
• Significant experience with commercial interior fit-outs
• Computer proficiency
• Eager to provide exceptional client satisfaction
• A motivator and a team builder
• Detail-oriented
• Quick thinker
• An initiative-taker
• Self-motivated and self-accountable
