We working with one of Ireland’s leading suppliers to the residential sector in Dublin. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall on-site management and successful delivery of the residential projects they deliver. Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with timelines and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project requirements and timelines.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the project management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended solutions.
  • Monitor project costs and expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify and address any cost overruns promptly and implement cost-saving measures when possible.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
