Site Manager (Internals)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 300 unit residential development in South Dublin.

About the Role

Our client, is a well established Main Contractor with projects across the Dublin region. They deliver both Main Contracting and Large scale commercial fit-outs. They have a large order book of projects with both High profile corporates and developers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from €200m residential developments to some of Dublin’s most exciting fitout projects with blue-chip clients. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and those coming from a carpentry trade background will be highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Responsible for the coordination of trades and labour
• Daily management & organisation of project resources
• Supervision of sub contractors
• Liaising with Project Manager

Requirements:

• Trade qualified carpenter or degree in Construction related discipline
• Previous Finishing Foreman experience required
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• The suitable candidate must have 5+ years experience on similar projects
• Able to form strong and productive relationships across at peer group level
• Experience in Word, Power Point and Excel skills
