Site Manager, Schools Construction – Meath

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join our client in North Dublin. Our client are a well established Offsite Construction Company with a strong pipeline of projects in the Dublin and GDA region. The company covers a wide range of sectors which include Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Conservation, Fit Outs and Refurbishment, Education, Health, Residential and Retail. The candidate will be joining the team on an initial education project.

Respinsibilities:

• Ability to work in a high speed, high intensity environment
• Be passionate about Modular
• Proven track record of delivering high quality public works projects
• Be capable of managing several live projects simultaneously
• Be a self-starter with ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines
• Experienced in the management of sub-contractors, ensuring their adherence to quality and programme.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years experience, ideally on Commercial, Residential or Educational projects
• Degree in Construction Management or construction-related discipline
• Previous managerial experience on a large site
• Those coming from a trade background also desirable
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
