Our client are currently seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join their team in Dublin. Our client are one of Ireland’s leading Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Contractors, working across a wife range of projects including Pharma, Healthcare, Data Centres & Commercial.

Responsibilities
- Conducting regular site audits
- Carrying out required inspections as directed
- Liasing with site supervision on shortfalls, necessary improvements and report back to EHS Manager
- Ensure records of statutory inspections are kept up to date
- Deliver H&S induction programs for new employees and contractors working on site
- Managing and making recommendations for Personal Protection Equipment required
- Organising and chairing H&S meetings got Contractor & Sub-contractors personnel
- Advising / assisting Site Management in drafting and communicating RAMS.
- Compiling, updating and communication site Emergency Plans
- Site safety equipment like fire extinguishers and first aid box inspections.
- Collecting and collating relevant information for inclusion in the Safety File and preparing for handover to the Client at the end of the project.
- Liaising with management in relation to Training requirements
- Facilitating toolbox talks.
- Assisting with ISO audit compliance
- Liaising with main contractors and their site safety teams
- Attending department meetings.
Requirements
- Third level EHS qualification
- Minimum 1 years experience in an EHS role
- Previous experience with M&E contractors on construction sites is a distinct advantage
- Valid SAFE pass and manual handling certificates
- Valid Irish driving licence is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent multi tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
