Junior Maintenance Engineer

Sonas Technical are seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer on behalf of our client based in the Netherlands. Our client, a European market leader since 2015, with a visionary management team with more than 30 years of experience. They always focused on the most premium quality. Due to the growing popularity for healthy food, they have grown into an international company with around 500 employees in a very short time. Due to this large growth, work is being done every day to increase and improve production facilities. Tasks include devising production-enhancing solutions, commissioning and malfunction and maintenance.

The Job
As an All round Maintenance Engineer you are responsible for:
• Maintaining, revising and modifying: filling machines, labelling machines, peeling machines,
mixing machines and pressing machines
• You will also be trained over time as a specialist in the High Pressure Process (HPP)
• You deal with mechanical and electrical failures
• You are involved in modifying and improving the production process

Your profile
• You have a level 7 or 8 degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics
• You have mechanical and electrical knowledge
• You enjoy working in a young team
• Due to the rapid growth it can be hectic from time to time, you know how to deal with this
• You are willing to work in 3-shifts
• Do you have experience with cooling technology? Then this is an advantage
