Sonas Technical are looking to recruit a Mechanical Estimator for our client one of Irelands leading Mechanical Services and Contractor, who have built a strong reputation for a diverse range of mechanical construction services. The successful candidate will be located in Dublin

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the production of detailed tender bids, attending mid and post tender meetings and post tender control. Conversion of estimates to tender submission.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for project
• Prepare and manage tender documentation, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work, adjusting the budget projections accordingly.
• Work alongside the clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers

Key Requirements 

• 10+ years experience estimating Mechanical projects
• A building services related qualification would be considered an advantage
• Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
